I decided to try some portobella mushrooms in Dec. and they were so good...until I started sneezing and really having a reaction to them. I'll bet they are good with asparagus sauteed in garlic olive oil. I use that a lot.

I've got something for chicken.
Bake as you normally would. When done, sprinkle with lots of parmesan cheese. I mean go heavy. Run it under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes.
UM UM good.

If you are grilling, put some zucchini or yellow squash, or asparagus in a tinfoil packet, season with olive oil or butter, and parm cheese. YUM~

I gotta know.
Anyone ever mixed browned ground beef, egg noodles and cream of mushroom soup ??
I'm going to give it a shot tomorrow.
I've been seeing that recipe around a lot lately.

Yup. Add some trinity, except for the celery, (cuz I don't like it) some paprika and a lil sour cream, or just a splash of vinegar and you have cheapo hungarian goulash, and it is yum-o.

I make the one called Tater Tot Casserole:
ground beef mushroom soup tater tots
I also add those French Fried Onion rings (the kind in green bean casserole) and sometimes top it with cheese
I also use those French Fried Onion rings in tuna casserole
