yes dear. Here ya go :
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
3 cups of milk
3 1/2 to 4 cups of thinly sliced potatoes ( about 3 medium sized)
2 tablespoons of minced onion
Place butter in 1 quart measuring cup. Microwave high for 1/2 minute or until melted.
Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually stir in milk. Microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes stirring every 3 minutes.
Layer half of potatoes, onion and sauce in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Repeat and cover.
Microwave at high 17 to 19 minutes stirring after 10 mins. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
It's a bit of trouble to prepare but I like to make it so it's worth it.
I do all the cooking in the casserole dish that way it's less mess and dirty dishes.
Enjoy, they are good.
