I nabbed this from the "I'm in under my name thread"

Okay, to post a picture, all you do is find one, right click on it, click properties, left click and highlight the URL address, right click copy, come here, left click icon that says insert image, right click paste into the box and click ok.


I also posted how to do an avatar there too.
